Hello and Welcome to CATM Coffee Company!

The acronym CATM has two very distinct meanings. The USAF CATM or Combat Arms Training and Maintenance is a specialty code SEI 312 or often called “B Shred” which distinctly separates Security Forces soldiers into a category of “experts” in all thing’s firearms related.

These specific soldiers are referred to as “Red Hats” because of the designation of wearing the “Specialty” red hats that are assigned to this B Shred.

The second meaning of CATM or “Coffee at the Moment,” reflects upon all soldiers who have deployed and who understand the difficulty of having a chance to drink a cup of coffee in a hostile location. Drinking a cup of any coffee in a forward location is always a great memory of home and just relaxing with family.

Often, “Coffee at the Moment,” is all you may have before you are required to put down that cup of coffee and fight another battle that may come your way.

This is a dedication to all soldiers whether in a specialty field or in any branch of the military that understands what trying to have “Coffee at the Moment,” means and the importance of being able to have that “Moment in Time,” to share a great cup of coffee with fellow brothers and sisters in arms.

As a lady Veteran I am honored to be a part of the distinguished specialty field family that is called CATM.
